Mmmmm Christmas Cookies

This year I decided to try to make chocolate sugar cookies...sounds like a good thing made better :D
I looked everywhere for a recipe and this one said it was tried and true that they had perfected the cocoa powder to sugar ratio after much trial and error. Well the recipe made beautiful cookies that lied out evenly, cooked without spreading etc etc....but they taste like chocolate cardboard so...that is fun! But regardless for the sake of Christmas Tradition we still decorated a few for Santa!

Koblenz Christmas Market

So on a sorta spur of the moment trip, Erica, Jennifer, Kyra and I all headed out to Koblenz to go to their market!! Although we spent a while lost trying to find the market we did eventually find our way there. And really enjoyed it!! I managed to not bring the camera for whatever reason, so I stole these pictures from Jennifer :D

I was amazed with this fountain!! The history of Koblenz starting from Romans all the way to current!!

I bought one of these for an ornament exchange any guesses?

Kyra sees Santa

Hello everyone!!! I sweat I didn't fall off the planet just been busy, and sick so I have been spending less time worrying about this blog until this morning I realized I have pictures that need shared by Christmas! And that this year is very very quickly ending and I wanted to finish out with all these blogs I had planned. Hopefully I will get most of them done in the next 7 days. If not oh well!! I already managed to blog as many times as I had originally planned for the year.

I have SO much to share next year I am very excited for 2015!

Homemade Christmas Cards

So as usual I scrapbooked my Christmas Cards from last year so Frosty could go up on the Fridge!! Well I decided that I want to just put the picture cards in the Scrapbook and reuse the other cards. So I made 4 new Christmas Cards from old ones. I think they turned out cute!!! Now to decide who gets them.

Also upon request of Grandma Kyra helped me make some cute Reindeer Cards for Great Grandparents and Grandparents. Now just waiting on our regular cards to get in so we can mail them together to everyone!!!

Frankfurt Christmas Market

Woohoo another Christmas Market Blog!! And on our 1st day of snow...we had snow one night that was melted in a matter of like 2 hours. But this was the first snow to come and stick around during the day...I hope it just stays cold...but don't wanna get my hopes up too high!!

Sunday we went to Frankfurt as soon as it opened to avoid the crowds. It was still pretty busy since it was a weekend, but we were able to easily navigate with a stroller, and had a great time enjoying the warmer day!

I kinda wanted to buy all the balls and hang them all over my house they were so pretty!!
