Amber's Maternity Photos

So these pictures were taken clear back in May!!

My sister was awesome and willing to do anything I wanted to!! I was so happy to do her photo's and to be able to have some kid free time with my sister. We used to go everywhere together and live together etc... So it was overdue, we only get it like once a year now a days.

She looked very beautiful in the dress we made the night before. And its no wonder cuz her daughter is just as beautiful!!

Whoa I vanished for a while there!!!

So I just realized that it has been a month since I last posted on here, I think I have way more catching up than I will ever get any back up to date. May just do a month in review as far as Photos!!

I was really really sick with this baby and that has made blogging and frankly doing anything not on the top of my list. But I am finally reaching second trimester and aside from a little nausea still on and off, I am finally feeling much better!!

So sorry I have been not around a lot, and that this has been a really brief blog I will be trying to post more in the next few weeks and get you all caught up on everything going on!!

Kate's Family Photos

Kate has been one of my best friends since we were in Kindergarten together way way way back in the day! We grew up most of our childhood together, from girl scouts to roller skating in her basement!! I have so many memories with this lady!! We both moved away from Colorado as pre-teens, but I remember her calling me from a pay phone in Florida when she first got there and wanted to move back!! Haha we eventually both ended up back in Colorado, that is before I married a soldier and traveled the world. But we still talk all the time, and she is almost always the first person I go to when I need to talk about something!! I love her so much!! And I can't wait until we move back to Colorado and live just down the street from her and the boys!! 

I was so excited to have time to run up and see her during our vacation this time and take some pictures of her family that has grown a lot in the past years!! And they turned out beautiful!!

Miguel's Graduation!!

Hard to believe that graduation of the Class of 2014 has already came and past. Nothing makes you feel older than having a nephew graduate!! Granted he is Dustin's nephew so I think that makes Dustin old lol!! But he would argue that since I am 3 months older than him, and graduated in the class before him so It has been over 7 years since I was in this school.

Some graduates are sad to leave their school behind, but as you can tell Miguel was more than excited to be moving up in the world!! Graduation and vacation home was a great time!!

Couples paint fun

This Photo-shoot was oh so much fun!!! Candice and I both wanted to work together, but we also wanted something more out of the box for their couple's shoot!! And although the paint thing has been done before, I can see just why it became such a hit, it is A LOT OF FUN!!

Although I would recommend not using black (it stains) and perhaps wait til a slightly warmer day than we did, as after all the paint was applied it started to get a bit chilly!! But if you are a photographer and you think well it looks fun, but over done, I say SO WHAT? It is fun and who cares if someone else has done it, put your own flair on it and it will be your own!!
