Jakob turns 1!!

I have known this little guy since before he was born!! Haha I met his mama at another good friends baby-shower, she had just gotten here and was as pregnant as I was when I got here!! We quickly became friends and have since hung out all the time. (that is until she started working all the time :P)

I can't believe he is over a year old now, means I have known Nicole a really long time already!! Which makes me happy! So for his 1 year old pictures we did some family pictures and of course a pretty adorable cake smash!!
